Refund Policy

 1. On Receipt from customer return product, we will inspect the product for eligibility condition as mentioned above & notify them within 3 working days by email or phone.
               
2. All Cod Customers whose refund are approved will be asked for their bank account details and the refund will be credited to their respective account within 5 working days.
 
3. Customers who have made payment via online & whose refunds are approved will get credit to their respective mode of payment within 5 Working days or in terms of Voucher has been informed or confirmed by the customer.

4. If the order remains undelivered for a long period of 15 days or more, than we can either resend thru some other courier or Initiate Refund of payment to customer as per customers wish
